  Colonial Funerals did an outstanding job with my father in law's funeral. They provided great care and wonderful patience to our family from beginning to end. Peter and his staff were phenomenal; professional, caring and considerate. Our family is truly thankful and appreciative for the wonderful service that Colonial Funerals provided.

  My father had died very quickly and unexpectedly from cancer and I was left to make the arrangements for him and was in a bind. After calling many places and asking if they took payments or some kind or arrangement everyone said no and offered me no other options. Upon calling Colonial Fineral Home in Hamden, Ct and asking them the same question Peter who answer the phone and owner was more than helpful and even checked to see if my father qualified for the states assistance which he did and made the process so much easier for me. To me this is the best place around, they are very helpful and caring and not just out to make a buck off you when your loved one passes like the other places. Thank you Peter for the pleasant and easy process.
